The hospitality division of the group was born in 1997 with the acquisition of land in Kunduchi area- a part of which was later developed into the Wet n Wild water park – The Largest Water Park and Entertainment Complex in East and Central Africa.

Soon after the launch of the water park, the company concentrated on the total renovation plan of the completely run down Kunduchi Beach Hotel and the new development of the Kunduchi Beach Villas – the one of its kind in the country.
